Return and Refund Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide quality products and services. Our return and refund policy complies with Australian Consumer Law and outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.


Refunds and Returns

We accept returns within 45 days of purchase, provided the item has not been damaged, misused, or altered, and is returned in its original condition with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product, you may return it within 45 days at your own expense. Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it is undamaged and in original condition, we will provide a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping).
  • If the product is faulty, defective, unsafe, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For minor faults, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion in accordance with New South Wales (Australia) Consumer Law.


Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • The item must not have been misused, damaged, or altered in a way that voids consumer guarantees.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

Process for Returns

If you would like to request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact us at contact@bluepigeongoods.com with details of your purchase and the reason for return. We will review your request and provide a resolution in line with New South Wales (Australia) Consumer Law consumer law.


Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The item was damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • The return is requested after the 30-day period has elapsed.
